Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap

His entrance with his famous power-packed dialogues again like Hum jahan khade hote hai line wahin se shuru hoti hai sending a clear message to his not-so-competitors that listen Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap. The movie ismore of a family drama than a thriller though the storyline recommends the latter. ACP Karan (played by Sonu Sood ) is after a mafia gang who are indulged in serial blasts in Mumbai. Viju (Amitabh Bachchan) is asked to kill those people to kill ACP Karan. Is Viju an murderer or a redeemer?.

Other than this, the screenplay of the films is inspirational in bit and pieces specially the final scene that provides enough laughter medicine. The verdict however is bit touching as you would never, ever want Amitabh to bid farewell..Raveena Tondon’s so called comeback is fascinating. The veteran actress HemaMalini can still give young actresses competition for their money in a simple Saree. And no, Mr. Bachchan and Hema Malini’s chemistry is no where close to their chemistry in Baghban. The title is more of a catch phrase and bears no importance to the story. Overall BHTB is a good package that represents action, emotions and laughter, but if it wasn’t for Mr. Bachchan multiplexes would never witness so many senior citizens walking in to watch the film. If you haven’t seen the film, just go for it!!!

Sure, Cycle Kick is a decent attempt on the other hand. There are rough borders, but there are also some winning flashes. Surprisingly, Love Express, which was an substandard stab, got a better release than Cycle Kick, though this movie is far away from the movie. Mainly, Cycle Kick deals with the incidents that follow a bicycle. Two youngsters named Nishan Nanaiah and Sunny Hinduja start off as enemies, but the football coach played by Tom Alter convinces them to charge their energies into football and forms a team.

The end of the film describes an energetic football match between two teams. Candidly, the expectations from Cycle Kick are nothing. But what catches your attention is its easy going content. The football match in particular is the best part of the project.Both Nishan Nanaiah and Sunny Hinduja performed their parts well. Dwij Yadav is a wonder-kid and he makes a strong mark yet again. Girija Oak and Ishita Sharma suffer due to negligible characters. Tom Alter acted brilliantly. Sameer Kochhar is merely seen in the film. On the whole, Cycle Kick is a good effort, must watch it once.

The story of Double Dhamaal begins from where the prequel had ended. It starts with four friends– Riteish Deshmukh, Ashish Chowdhry, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaafery and a rich and successful millionaire Sanjay Dutt.The four of them faces unemployment and they are left with no money after donating all their savings to a charity trust. But as soon as they come across this millionaire they try to blackmail him. But they are uninformed of the fact that their dream may turn into a shock as Sanjay Dutt; the millionaire has his schema shared by Mallika (played Sanjay’s wife) and Kangana Ranaut his loving sister.

Being a big budget movie, it has been shot in the beautiful locales of Mumbai, Hong Kong and Mauritius. Mallika Sherawat’s steamy item number Jalebi Bai is the mainattraction of Double Dhamaal. The original version of the movie was far better to the sequel with respect to the story and presentation.Double Dhamaal turned out to be a huge disappointment at the box office. It is a brainless comedy flick which has a lot of dirty humour, jokes and loud songs. Overall, the film failed to keep its promise of delievering a double candy of fun and entertainment. If you opt to see it, better watch it just once!!

Aftab’s hard work has shown various images of talent earlier but his performance can be graphed as average. Nisha Kothari is just another cute face in the movie along with Shweta Tiwari and Shweta Keswani. Rajpal Yadav and Shakti Kapoor are the saving grace in the film.The storyline falls on the floor with some humorous relaxation provided by Rajpal Yadav and Johnny Lever who portrays the character of Durjan Singh’s queer elder brother.

Anand Raj Anand was not impressive in his last release Chalo Dilli and does not do any better in this. ‘Shalu ke Thumke’ is a instant take on ‘Munni Badnaam’ and ‘Sheila ki Jawaani’. The choreography is not upto the mark. Guys, if you are looking for logic and no loose ends then this movie is not recommended to you. Bin Bulaaye Baraati is a pure entertainer for the audiences, especially Mallika Sherawat’s item number, Shaalu and the sizzling dance moves by Ekta Kappor’s Prerna (Shweta Tiwari).

Vinay Pathak is back as the irritating clunk, Bharat Bhushan. Who wins a TV show called ‘Aao Guess Karein’ (which is ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati‘ meets ‘Dus Ka Dum’) that lands him to an sumptuous cruise. On the cruise he meets with Ajit Talwar played by Kay Kay Menon, a foxy businessman who’s trying to evade the Income Tax department. Ajit learns that the Income Tax officer is on board with him to get hold on him, he suspects Bharat Bhushan and plans to make him fool . But in actual the tax inspector is Bhushan’s colleague M.T. Shekharan (Suresh Menon), who’s on a mission to bring him to justice. Then many unexpected events take place.

Director Sagar Ballary had committed many mistake , trying too much have spoiled out things. The motto just seems to collect cash as with the success of BHEJA FRY, without using any ‘bheja’ element. Only M.T. Shekharan and Bharat Bhushan seems acting rest all fall flat on their face. The moves with slow pace ,with only location to watch out.It was Bharat Bhushan who really made you laugh in BHEJA FRY, but he in BHEJA FRY 2 will get on your nerves , Minissha Lamba is endearing.

On the other hand, to give recognition where it’s due, the light moments in the movie, particularly those between veteran actor Om Puri and his wife, grab your attention intermittently.But the overall scripting is in poor health and flimsy, which put in plain words, why the two love tales don’t work at all. While the scene sequences between Ashneet and Kanav are at least bearable to some extent, the other story Priyanka and Chiragh is most annoying because it’s half-cooked classifications and weak performances.

Also, the script is long-drawn-out further than a point in its another second hour, when Ashneet and Kanav at last falls in love with each other. SahilMehta is the only newcomer who stands out with a better performance. Mannat Ravi however is firmly okay. Vikas Katyal is timbered. On the other hand, Priyam Galav has a weaker portray. Om Puri is sure to walk away with the success. The remaining cast are just comic strips. On the whole, buy a window ticket for yourself in Love Express just for once!!
